At the 8th International Conference on Forced Migration in Chiang Mai, the General Assembly of Members elected on Tuesday, the 7th January 2003 a new Executive Board for the IASFM. The elected IASFM officers (honorary function) are:

Until the exoneration by the upcoming vote of the General Meeting of Members, the former Executive Board being elected at the 7th International Conference in Johannesburg in 2001, remains in charge. Its members are:
